Did you get a new phone / Tablet?

If your are going from a old apple product to a new apple product - you just need to use the same apple ID - then you will get the Reptile Scan App - on both devices.

If your are going from a "old" android product to a "new" android product - you just use the same Google log in - then you will get the Reptile Scan App - on both devices.

If you are going from a Android product to a Apple product, or the other way around - you can't transfer the App from "Google Play" to "App Store" or from "App Store" to "Google Play" - you need to buy it again to your new device. 

Same thing as when you have a Game for Sony Playstation - PS3 - you cant use this one on a  X-Box 360 - you also need to buy the same program/game - for both devices
